Our Story — Built on a Love of Animals and Community

Cozy Companions started with years of fostering animals who needed temporary homes. We soon realized how many pet owners in our community needed services while they work, or travel.

The founder of our team worked as a Registered Nurse for six years and a Nurse Educator for the past three of those years. With long breaks in between semesters, she found herself spending time walking, and pet sitting animals.

Yes — all new clients are required to complete a meet & greet before their first booking. This gives us everything we need to care for your pet properly: feeding schedule, allergies, medications, behavioral notes, emergency contacts, and more. Please bring your dog’s food (portioned for the duration of the stay), their leash, and any medications they require. Bringing a familiar item like a blanket or toy can also help your pet feel more at home.
